HELLO!! I'm from Chile, southamerica. I'm here to say that my girlfriend and me are huge fans of Lily Tomlin. Frankie is our favourite character from Grace and Frankie. My girlfriend is a nurse, and in these difficult times we try to get distracted by watching that sitcom. It would be WONDERFUL if somehow Lily said "hello" to my gf, she would be impressed <3 have a nice life!! xoxo

Dear Ms. Tomlin, Thank you for starting a national discussion around dynamic aging through Grace & Frankie! I know that this is very obnoxious, but I recently co-founded a nonprofit to support older New Yorkers experiencing detrimental social isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic and my colleagues in older adult advocacy and I are such admirers of yours. We would love to talk to you or collaborate! All the best, Amanda Weiss admin@whseniorlink.org

You love people, animals and the planet. Unfortunately, I don’t really have any grandmothers. I have adopted you and Jane W. I would love to get to know you and Jane #1! Dear Lily, I enjoy the work you do and have been a fan of yours for many years. Then I heard about your protest of the Iditarod dog sledding race and my heart soared. I live in Anchorage and have protested the race last year and will protest again in 2020. I invite you to come to Anchorage and protest the Iditarod in 2020. Thank you for all you do.

I feel a bit weird putting this on here but I have no clue how else to express how amazing I think you are! Anytime I watch anything with you I can’t help but laugh, no matter the day I’m having. To be honest you saved my life when I was at my worst and I know I’m not the only person who has said that to you but I wanted to let you know you’re super important to me, even though I don’t really know you as a person! Thank you for all you do!

When you played your one woman show in Toronto, I waited and waited at the stage door on a chair inside. Everyone had left and after about another 20 min you wandered close to the yellow tape. You looked at me, with surprise, and said, "did you want to see me?" After you signed the program - I didn't want to put my coat on in front of you (it seemed classless) but there was a horrible snow storm. I moved towards the door and you said, "put your coat on - it snowing out" After I put it on you began doing the buttons up. I was laughing. you're so short and I'm so tall; then you said, "where's your hat and your scarf" By this time I was laughing so hard tears were streaming. I was in the process of writing a one woman show, so it meant so much to me to meet you. You wrote -hooray for the theatre. True. But even more true is: Hooray for people like Lily Tomlin who work in the theatre.

I saw you at the Fairmont in Dallas in 1983. I hope you tell Jane Fonda she's a real warrior. I am but not the same way. I am an under cover activist and have been for over 45 years.

Dear Lily Tomlin, Your spirit and energy is so infectious! I’ve been binge watching Grace & Frankie and adore your character. You’ve brought so much joy into my life, especially postpartum with an infant and a toddler at home. To meet you would be a thrill, but even having you over via Netflix each night is enough happiness to make my day. Thank you for sharing your comedic talent and overall fun persona. Keep sharing your amazing self! CT

Dear Mrs. Tomlin- I've always been a big fan of yours..my favorite character you portrayed was the switchboard operator..one ringy dingy...I recently used your image in one of my paintings...I'm a professional Surrealist painter..the painting titled "Rumor Mill" is going in an exhibition at the Figg Museum...I would really like it if you'd go to the website I typed and check it out and tell me what you think......If you can't.....anyway, you are great and God bless- James Walker Henry

Both you and Jane #2 were extraordinary tonight at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. What I came away with is how strong, loving and authentic your friendship is and how it mimics Jonell's and mine. I think you also went away with something of ours besides the book "the Necklace: Thirteen Women and the Experiment that Transformed Their Lives"! We agree wholeheartedly with your idea of Jane #2 producing a project for you both is brilliant and of course, Jane #1 your partner of 48 years would be the perfect one to write it! Gather the Women...Save the World...
